This is the name of the program that scammed me out of paying the rest of the money when the work was complete, they kept adding to the list wanting stuff done for free after they had already been quoted a price.

this is the original thread.

well i always collect 50% upfront to keep things like this from happening. well now he says the 50% he paid me upfront was enough and he doesnt wanna pay anymore because I didn't complete all the work ( the original list is done, except for 2 things that require he gets me the .fla file) so this is a warning that a company launching a new affiliate program are a bunch of scammers and thief's, this is there last chance to pay me before i post the name of the company and the employee

i even offered to cut the last 50% by giving them 25% off since they wernt happy that I wouldnt add all the extras for the same price and they still don't want to pay, so this is my thread on a company that hasn't even launched yet and they want to scam me out of money.

This isn't about the money to me because I do the nats coding on the side as a service that I offer since a lot of people have asked me to help them with there nats skinning, this is about the fact that if they scammed me after the work was done then they will find anyway possible to scam the affiliates or anyone they trade traffic with.
anyways on friday they said they would pay today, well its almost 6pm by them and they have yet to pay. when talking to there old programmer here is what he had to say, Seems like they just keep scamming everyone they have delt with.

You shouldnt judge people without both stories. Pete didn't complete the work.

kinda hard to complete a list that continues to grow beyond the original agreement wouldn't you say? this entire industry knows and respects Pete and no one knows anything about you except that you hire people to do a specific job, make unreasonable demands after they complete your tasks, and then refuse to pay so you can shit done for free. basically, your story doesn't count until you have earned the respect of this industry like Pete has already done long ago. you are off to a VERY bad start in that arena. the saying that you stand behind in your ridiculous retaliation threads "no press is bad press" does not apply in this situation. you have been given the opportunity to publicly apologize and make things right so that people could trust you and give you a chance. you had one shot at making a good first impression on the adult community and you blew it. I know Czech and Daydream for a long time, there were no problems with them at all. And I believe them.
There are no facts in this topic, only blach PR by Pete-KT. The only way to prove, that these guys are wrong is to show their order and what was made by topicstarter, ONLY in this case anybody here can tell, that somebody is scammer. And now I dont see anything except bullshit here.

There are no facts in this topic, only blach PR by Pete-KT. The only way to prove, that these guys are wrong is to show their order and what was made by topicstarter, ONLY in this case anybody here can tell, that somebody is scammer. And now I dont see anything except bullshit here.
Look at the guy's own posts, he basically proves he's a scammer with his own ICQ logs. Why defend him?
