Which is true ?

1. Users rip from pay sites and upload them to tube sites ?

2. Tube owners got some staff in a 3rd world whose full time job is to download content from pay sites and put them on the tube sites ?

They get submitted content from paysite owners and affiliates... Check out most of the biggies that's the business model now. We actually are about to start selling submitpasses on Tube sites so an affiliate/program owner can submit a clip to a tube site (that they have approval to use) in various lengths and in return when their video is listed they are given a text link or banner.

I can't say that everyone is 100% legit but almost all of the tube sites now are legit and have formed partnerships with large content companies and paysites.

I have sponsors send me short clips.. I put them in the niche categories and add their banners. I like the videos to be 2 min or less.

Yes my eyes....i am getting old.

Its interesting to see that if you are private and want to upload some content then you have to upload signed documents / 2257 etc. Wonder how many people do that

Nubiles has a free script for webmasters who want to run their own tube site. Webmasters can get content to their tube sites in 3 ways:

1. Hotlinked flvs offered from sponsor who have that available
2. Use the scripts spider to grab the sponsor's hosted movie galleries and convert them to flash.
3. Use the sponsor's provided embedable movies

For the record Tube sites or affiliates come and grab the samples we have prepared for them and put them on their sites. We do very little uploading to Tube sites, time consuming and time is money. Better to employ one person to support 100 affiliates than have 1 person being an affiliate.
