for the record. this all occured in 06-07 before we got them to stop. in no way is it currently happening to Epic Cash. its been verified before I sold the company.

In a civil case like this you have to be able to show actual damages... theoretical damages won't usually get you a monetary judgement.

An easy way is to follow the money. See who popped the ads, figure out how much revenue was earned from it. Alternatively, figure out how much Zango sold the traffic for (CPC rates). Plenty of ways to quantify damages and that's not including punitative or actual damages. It can get high, really quick.
